How booking works

Send us your preferred date and trip length through the Availability form. If the date is free, we hold it for you for 48 hours and email you a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment is received.

Prices

Half day (5 hours on the water): $675 for up to four guests.

Full day (8 hours on the water): $1,050 for up to four guests.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 5% GST. BC freshwater fishing licences and gratuity are not included.

Payment

Payment in full at booking secures your date.

Cancelling or changing your trip

7 days or more before your trip: a full refund, or move your date at no charge.

Less than 7 days before: no refund unless we re-book the date, and you can move your date once at no charge.

Weather and safety

Your guide makes the weather call on the morning of the trip, based on the wind and wave forecast for Okanagan Lake. If we cancel for weather or safety, you choose a full refund or a new date at no charge.

On the water

We depart at 8:00 a.m. from the Kelowna Yacht Club, 1370 Water Street, Kelowna, unless we arrange another meeting point with you. Up to four guests. All rods, reels, tackle and safety gear are supplied. Every guest aged 16 or older who fishes needs a valid BC freshwater fishing licence. On Okanagan Lake we fish for kokanee and rainbow trout.

Sockeye trips

When Fisheries and Oceans Canada opens the Okanagan sockeye season, we spend a week fishing for sockeye on Osoyoos Lake, by special reservation. Contact us early if you would like to hear when the season opens.
